Return Policy :
Point to be taken care of:
1) In case of missing part/product/damaged/manufacturing defect, send us the image of the opened package/shipment within 96 hours of receiving the parcel. We take the full ownership of the same.
2) In case of damaged product/missing part/wrong product delivered, the buyer need to ship the returned product at the specified return address. Rs 52 per KG will be refunded to the buyer for returning the product. Once the product is received back, full amount including shipping charges paid by the buyer will be refunded. Rs 52 is charged by Indian Post - Register Parcel Service for 1 KG.
3) In any other case, if the buyer initiates return, the cost to return the product will have to be bear by the buyer. Also, Full amount of the product will be refunded.
4) In case of product not accepted by the buyer/rejected/cancelled due to any reason after we have shipped the order, partial amount of the product will be refunded excluding shipping amount.
5) In case of quality issue, if the product is not in accordance to the description or as mentioned on the website, full amount will be refunded including shipping charges. For any other reasons which are subjective in nature related to product quality, shipping costs will have to be borne by the buyer.
6) In case, you have not received the product and want to return, please do not accept the product and inform us.
7) In case you have received the product and want to return, ship the product to the below mentioned address.
Once return request has been authorized, please ship us the product at our below mentioned address in a way that product doesn't gets damaged in transit.
The refund will be initiated once we receive the product and after quality check, the amount will be refunded as per the return policy.
Note :
1) Cheapest form to send a parcel is using Indian Post - Register Parcel Service. They charge Rs 52 per KG.
